Can we use our existing Microsoft / Azure OpenAI contract?
Yes. Most Nordic public sector organisations already have Azure OpenAI access through their Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. Lynus connects to your existing contract via secure API. You keep full control of your AI. Lynus provides the workflow layer on top. Your IT and legal teams don't need to approve a new AI vendor — they've already approved Microsoft.
Where is our data stored?
All data is hosted in European data centres (Norway or Germany). We never process data outside the EEA. We provide a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA), GDPR documentation and Schrems II compliance pack as standard. Enterprise plans include a fully isolated tenant.
How long does it take to set up?
With our guided onboarding, most teams are running their first evaluation workflow within 1–2 weeks. The setup fee covers a hands-on configuration session where we build your first workflow together — aligned to your policies, your existing tools and your evaluation criteria.
Does Lynus replace our existing case management system?
No. Lynus works alongside your existing tools — INFLOW, regionalforvaltning.no, your case systems. Think of it as the AI preparation layer that feeds into your existing workflow, not a replacement for it. Enterprise plans include API integration for seamless handoff.
What is an "active user" for seat pricing?
An active user is a caseworker, reviewer or approver who logs into Lynus at least once during a billing month. Admin and observer accounts are not counted. You only pay for the people actually using the platform.
Can we try before committing?
We're currently running a small early access pilot with Nordic public sector organisations. Pilot participants get guided setup, full access to the platform and direct input into product development. Join the waitlist to be considered for the pilot.
